About Frances....
Frances Welch is a Brooklyn-based Senior Account Manager, producer, writer, and marketing strategist with over 8 years of experience leading account development, creative strategy, and production across digital content and experiential activations.
She is currently a Senior Account Manager at On Board Experiential (OBE), where she leads nationwide accounts for brands including J.P. Morgan, Chase, Nike, Instacart, The Infatuation, Zelle, and DoorDash. Known for delivering what clients ask for—and what they didn’t know they needed—Frances brings a strategic mindset, creative empathy, and a deep commitment to advocating for an empowered agency culture where collaboration and creativity thrive.
Previously, she was a lead account manager at LiveLab Agency, overseeing creative production for Sharpie, Paper Mate, Rubbermaid, Coleman, Elmer’s, Ball, and Calphalon. Prior to that, she served as editorial manager and producer at COLLiDE, a music-meets-media experiential agency, where she led branded content and live activations for Netflix, SHOWTIME, Dr. Martens, Fender, StubHub, Gibson, and Waterloo Sparkling Water, among others.
Outside of client work, Frances creates independent passion projects that reflect her love of storytelling and brand expression through writing, design curation, and listening to the stories of her neighbors.
She enjoys the clean lines and simplicity of 1950s design, collecting coffee table books, and chasing around her twin orange cats, Milo and Clementine.
Frances currently lives in New York City and is available for consulting projects.
